Heritage is a 240-unit garden-style multifamily complex located in Canton, GA, which is part of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta MSA.  The Property was built in 2001 and includes nine residential apartment buildings situated on 22.23 acres. The unit mix includes 70 one-bedroom units, 134 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units. Community amenities include resort-style swimming pool, premium fitness center, resident clubhouse and business center, poolside grilling area, resident lounge with billiards, car care center, controlled access, community playground, and more.

Canton is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia, having grown 37.5% from 2010 to 2020.* Canton is a “Live, Work, Play Community” according to Georgia Trend Magazine. Canton is located 43 miles from Atlanta, and within a one hours’ drive to the city and most of the metropolitan area. Canton’s revitalized downtown and economic developments contribute to the city’s booming population growth. The Etowah Riverfront is Canton’s retail and recreation hotspot. The Mill on Etowah was constructed in 2018 to celebrate the history of Canton, earning it the Deal of the Year award from the Georgia Economic Developers Association. Malls and major retailers close to the Property include Riverstone Village, Riverstone Plaza, Publix, and Walmart, and The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is only a 14-minute drive away.

 Cherokee County School Systems are among the best in Georgia. Five of the area’s six high schools scored in the top 17th percentile of the best schools in Georgia. The graduation rate of the county school system is 91%, compared to 83.8% in GA,15 and 86% for the nation. Cherokee County School Systems placed ninth out of 33 school systems in the Atlanta Area. Cherokee County offers technical education as well; ACE Academy alternative high school campus offers career classes in evolving fields such as cybersecurity. As for higher education, Chattahoochee Technical College’s Canton campus trains students in a trade or skill industry, while Reinhardt University, a liberal arts university, offers an array of academic programs.**
