The Property is a 304-unit garden-style multifamily complex located in Germantown, Maryland. Built in 2015, the Property includes three residential apartment buildings situated on 8.47 acres. The unit mix includes two studio units, 139 one-bedroom units, 158 two-bedroom units and 5 three-bedroom units.  Community amenities include a clubhouse with lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, theater room, conference room, culinary lounge with demonstration kitchen, game room, resort-style pool with sundeck, outdoor firepit, game yard, playground, electric car charging station and dog park with pet spa and more.
