The highly engineered facility features institutional quality design and construction. The site includes 137.91 acres with approximately 25 acres of excess land. The Project is a mission-critical IXD “First Mile” Facility that is centrally located in the highest density of Amazon Prime Air Hubs in the world.
Fort Wayne is a major distribution hub due to its proximity to major metropolitan areas. Half the U.S. population is within a one-day drive, making Fort Wayne a central hub for logistics in the Midwest and United States.**
