The Property was built in 2012, and includes 12 residential apartment buildings situated on 22.66 acres. The unit mix includes 44 one-bedroom units, 164 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, premium fitness center, gated access, car care center, high-end clubhouse, resident lounge with billiards, community playground, gas grills, and more.

Macon represents the diverse demand drivers that Georgia has to offer: nearby colleges, a strong healthcare system, the state’s largest military base, agricultural employment, cultural experiences such as a vibrant music scene and important museums, and a low cost of living.

I-16 is a direct link from Macon to Savannah and coastal Georgia approximately 165 miles to the east. The Property is easily accessible from I-75 South. I-75 brings in ± 53,100 vehicles per day, while Riverside Drive brings in about 18,300 vehicles daily.*
