Kevin Harley | Vice President, Aphorio Carter

Kevin Harley serves as Vice President of Aphorio Carter. He has been involved in over $5 billion of real estate acquisitions and syndications throughout his career, focusing on data centers, multifamily, healthcare, and industrial asset classes.

Prior to Aphorio Carter, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Carter Exchange, leading the financial analysis function for the DST platform and previously served as the National Product Manager for Carter Validus, where he represented the company on a national level as the expert on a fund with over $3.5 billion in real estate assets. In this role, Mr. Harley led business development initiatives, including presenting the Fund’s strategy at due diligence conferences, industry events, and investor roadshow events throughout the country.

From April 2014 to April 2017, Mr. Harley served as the Senior Acquisition Associate for Carter Validus, focusing on complex financial modeling and underwriting assignments, including large portfolio transactions, preferred equity structures, and joint ventures.

Before working with Carter Validus, he worked with Revolution Capital Group, a middle market-focused global private investment firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and operations of companies that provide mission-critical products and services.

Mr. Harley holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tampa.
